MENTAL PREPARATION

Philippians 2:5–“Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:’

Mental preparation is essential to be an effective Soul-winner. When we pattern our thinking and pursuits after those of Christ, the focus and objective of Soul-winning stays clear.

In order to achieve a clear, Christ-like mind, the following are essential.

1. Maintain positive thoughts. (Problems, critique, and negative comments should all be eliminated during the designated training and soul-winning times.)

2. Controlled, optimistic conversations and discussions between the trainer and the trainee should be adhered to.

3. Have an awareness and an alertness for the lost. Be soul conscious!
